Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Medical Devices is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to be based in either Delhi/ Bangalore/ Pune to work onsite (2x WFO, 3x WFH). In this role, you will be responsible for setting and delivering the attraction strategy for hiring across multiple specialisms and markets in the regions you are supporting.

You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their brand is responsibly, creatively, and competitively represented to candidates. In addition to this, the Recruitment Marketing Manager will assist with the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse work force for the organization.


Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Creating professional, in-depth client-specific project plans and campaigns to improve the brand awareness across online and offline channels
  • Running marketing campaigns in a recruitment or talent management function
  • Work closely with the clients Employer Branding team to ensure consistency and that all markets and audiences are receiving correct information
  • Provide regular reports showing ROI on activities and boost talent attraction and brand awareness.
  • Budget management of large complex projects
  • Delivering content that is compelling, visually appealing, engaging, and gets the point across by creating a hub where current and future talent can visit to learn more about our clients’ culture, products, and performance in the Global market place
  • Managing multiple projects, collaborating across matrixed resources, and balancing multiple key stakeholders, adjusting to changing dynamics flexibly as required
  • Delving into each region, identifying gaps in the brand awareness and working collaboratively with the team to close them

Professional Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills

  • Have designed, developed and implemented an Employer Branding strategy – end to end
  • Worked as part of a larger marketing function – preferably across the APAC region
  • Previous experience with a variety of offline channels and marketing onsite and offsite events
  • Excellent written, communication and creative thinking skills
  • Proven ability to implement a content editorial calendar to manage content publishing schedule and deliver timely marketing campaigns
  • Able to partner with agencies, creative teams and client marketing decision makers to produce creative campaigns
  • Ability to use both data and intuition to inform and make decisions
  • Extensive knowledge of social media channels and best practices, including market and competitive trends
  • Able to commute to the office located in either Delhi/ Bangalore/ Pune at least 2x a week
