Marketing summer intern - Amsterdam

If you are due to finish your undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025 and want to get hands-on experience of working at one of the world’s leading organisational consulting firms, Korn Ferry’s 8/10-week paid summer internship programme could be just the answer.   

The role will sit with the Lead Management and Strategic Enablement team, within the wider Corporate Marketing function. The team assesses and redirects sales leads that come into the business our ‘Contact Us’ page or use our live chat/chatbot facility. They focus on key areas to drive legitimate leads into the business and enable our commercial partners to effectively manage those ultimately leading to more marketing influenced opportunities and closed won revenue. They are also responsible for driving our organization´s social selling efforts, helping our consultants to build trusted relationships and boost social credibility.  

This Role:   

The Lead Management / Data Analytics intern will support our team on activities related to inbound marketing qualified leads and seller lead management efforts, data analysis and insights related to lead management efforts. This opportunity will involve running queries within the Marketing Lead Management team and setting up some ongoing reports in Salesforce for analytics and campaign tracking.  

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:   

• Quickly demonstrate a broad understanding of company's solutions and articulate our value proposition   
• Gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business actions. 
• Assist in the creation of presentations and reports to visualize data, making it accessible and understandable for non-technical stakeholders. 
• Assist in optimizing the lead management process for high-quality MQLs  
• Correct, build, and maintain prospective client information in company CRM  
• Collaborate and partner with various members of the marketing and commercial organizations  
• Meet or exceed all SLAs and KPI metrics   

This is a hybrid Internship programme and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the Amsterdam office 3 days week.  

You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern programme in other international offices.   

If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2025.

• You are on track to pass your undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025.   
• All candidates must have EU visa eligibility to for an internship in the summer of 2024, and to start a graduate programme in 2025.   
• You will be fluent in English
