Are you looking for an opportunity to work in an international team with a global market leader?
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of our global clients, Sanofi Consumer Health, this is a new team based in Paris.
Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and management, working with the sourcing team you will manage the recruitment process.
The successful Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:
· Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on partnering with the client for executing campus and early careers hiring
· Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output
· Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
· Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
· Working with the sourcing team to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
· Actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
· Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
· Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
· Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
In this role you will:
· Partner with the client to translate their campus and early career hiring needs
To succeed in this role you offer:
· The ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
· The full legal right to work in the EU now and in the future without any form of work visa/authorization sponsorship
· Proven success in creating and executing campus and early careers hiring programs across multiple countries
· Proven success leading local and remote teams across multiple geographies
· History of hiring 300 graduates
· Demonstrable track record of KPI achievement and delivery customer excellence
· Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to adapt interpersonal style with stakeholders at all levels
· Clear ability to analyse and interpret data to diagnose the root cause of issues, as well as utilising that data to drive the narrative and problem solving with the client
· Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
· Willingness to adapt to new processes and ways of working, adapting your stance to effectively deal with changes
· Ideally experience of working within the RPO sector, in mid-large size businesses
