The Role
Senior Recruiter/Talent Business Partner
Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter who operates as a trusted talent advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting delivery and is designed for an elevated recruiter who brings market insight, consultative guidance, and a consistently high-quality hiring manager and candidate experience.
The Senior Recruiter serves as the single point of contact for hiring managers across permanent hiring and internal mobility, ensuring clarity, accountability, and a human-centric experience throughout the end-to-end hiring lifecycle. This role partners closely with internal candidate attraction and candidate experience hubs, while maintaining ownership of the hiring strategy, stakeholder experience, and outcomes.

Required Skills:
5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
3+ years of life sciences recruitment experience; strong preference for medical device recruitment
2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
High School Diploma
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays. Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
