The Role:

We are working with a well-established international financial services firm to recruit an Operations - Settlement Operator with fluent French and English for their growing operations in Warsaw. The company is known for its resilience, innovation, and client-first approach. Their Warsaw office plays a strategic role in supporting both regional and global functions, and they foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous development.

Job location
Warsaw, Poland 
Onsite ( 3-4 days a week)

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversight and reconciliation of executed market transactions
  • Management of equities and ETF settlement and delivery processes
  • Interaction with various counterparties: clients, front office, and custodians

Key competencies required for the position:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in equities middle and/or back-office operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Analytical ability, adaptability, flexibility, initiative, and autonomy
