Senior Reporting Analyst

The Role

The Senior Reporting Analyst will be part of a global team and responsible for the delivery of client specific reporting and financial analysis to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a specialist for the reporting team and liaise with Korn Ferry management as well as client stakeholders, providing additional oversight and consultancy on the accounts which you support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all invoicing and billing activities and commercial process on our client account globally (US, LATAM, APAC and EMEA)
  • Invoice creation and auditing against SOW (contractual financial requirements)
  • Driving commerciality through financial updates and analysis for account leadership
  • Creating invoicing documentation and maintaining evidence of all billing and invoicing for the account
  • Central point between finance / client / operations and the regional leaders for their respective P&L
  • Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively audit data, highlight any variances to the business and help improve data quality
  • Create a commercial framework that supports billing process, P&L updates and revenue stream and translating into updates and visuals for internal stakeholders
  • Help to continually improve data management, suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs
  • Operate as a coach and teacher for more junior reporting analysts, providing support when needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Project management skills
  • Experience with financial systems either in-house or client driven (Ariba, Tungsten etc.)
  • Process compliance experience and commercial acumen
  • Communication – strong English key (translating finance language to “non finance” people)
  • Stakeholder relationship management (Internal/External)
  • Either ‘RPO background’ or ‘Billing Process knowledge’ (ideally both)
  • Technical skills & Analytics skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and continually re-assess workflows and priorities in a busy and demanding environment
  • Fluent level of English
