We have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join us on our Dulux Group RPO!

Dulux group has some of Australia and New Zealand’s most recognised and trusted brands; names such as Dulux, Selley’s, Yates, Cabot’s, and British paints to name a few.  This unique Business Partner role, based in Padstow will support this exciting well-known brand specifically, with their Yates & Selley’s portfolios, providing expert recruitment advice and driving positive business outcomes.

As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment for commercial white-collar roles within your portfolio.  With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you’ll front-face our recruitment solution, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers, identify and present top talent to the business, influence hiring decisions and deliver value add solutions and projects. 

About you

You will be a seasoned professional, ideally with experience recruiting at all levels and across corporate, sales and marketing, finance, research and development and IT.

This role will be based onsite, with the client in Padstow 2-3 days per week.

You will be customer-centric, delivering a positive experience to candidates and clients alike, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.  As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be able to manage roles end to end, including developing sourcing strategies and providing advice and guidance to your hiring managers.

As well as this you will:

  • Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature
  • Be resilient, be able to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
