What we offer:

Are you ready to get hands-on and start making a difference? Do you want to work with experts to get the best out of people? Can you see yourself solving organizational problems for some of the world’s largest companies?

If you are due to finish your undergraduate or Masters degree in 2024 or 2025 and want to get hands-on experience of working at one of the world’s leading organisational consulting firms, Korn Ferry’s 10-week paid summer internship programme could be just the answer.

As a summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about Korn Ferry, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team within our Consulting line of business. And you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the programme through on-the job and structured learning sessions.

Our consulting business provides human capital solutions to a wide range of organisations including FTSE 350 companies, global multinationals, public sector organisations and Private Equity firms. We do this through four key solutions;

  • Our Organisational Strategy team helps organizations exceed their potential by aligning their people, leadership, organization, and culture to their strategies and enables client transformation efforts.
  • Our Leadership Development team helps build leaders who can solve the business challenges of today and create and execute successful strategies for the future.
  • Our Assessment and Succession team enables organizations to successfully execute business strategy through succession, assessment, Executive Success Profiles, and competencies.
  • Our Total Rewards team develops business-aligned, flexible, and competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage a diverse workforce, and reinforce actions and behaviour in line with company culture and goals.

This is a hybrid Internship programme and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the Amsterdam office 3 days week. You may also have the opportunity to travel to client sites for project work.

You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern programme in other international offices.

If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2024 or 2025.
