The Role

We are supporting a leading international financial services organization in their search for a Brokerage Revenue and Processing Controller to join their team in Warsaw.

Job location:

Warsaw, Poland

Hybrid model / onsite for 3 days per week

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership for static data and trade processing from capture through to invoicing and P&L.
  • Monitoring trade feeds to ensure successful processing of trades from all capture systems globally.
  • Verifying all trade parameters, brokerage and broker allocations are recorded and processed accurately.
  • Amending and confirming incorrectly booked Name Give-up trades.
  • Liaising with brokers to ensure accurate reflection of manual revenue and fees.
  • Booking of manual trades for Invoicing and P&L.
  • Ownership of Fees and charges accrued for the Exchange trades business.
  • Static setup and maintenance in invoicing system and various deal-capture systems.
  • Account setup ownership and static control for Futures and Options trades.
  • Assist with brokerage queries and day to day problems from clients and desks.
  • Liaising with the business and management to ensure trade bookings and flows are accurate.

Skills / experience required:

  • Postgraduate who is immediately available
  • Educated to degree level with relevant field of study (Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics or similar)
  • Experience in a middle office / operations role ideal but not essential
  • General understanding of traded products and principles of brokerage ideal but not essential
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
