The Role
KF Digital Consultants will work on project teams with different stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. The purpose of the role is to manage national and international digital client projects in the field of Total Rewards and Work and Career Architecture throughout our project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of products and services with high standard of knowledge and quality in the category "Total Rewards and Work & Career Architecture"
- Ensure that our customers receive all products and services according to agreed quality standards and deadlines. You effectively involve the entire project team and, if necessary, initiate corrective measures to ensure customer satisfaction and financial results in the long term.
- You take responsibility for the overall progress of the project plan.
- You carry out training courses for our customers on the entire product portfolio.
- Development and expansion of our database
- You will work with national and international colleagues and customers to expand the basis of our business: our organizational database.
- You increase both data quality and data density by getting the best possible data in cooperation with customers.
- The expansion of our database is also closely related to the further development of our AI. By ensuring data quality, you are working on improving the AI.
- Product development support
- Support and Prepare customer trainings in the area of Total Rewards
- Supporting less experienced colleagues
Education, experience, and other qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Additional training in HR, Reward and Benefits will be considered.
- 3+ years’ experience in consulting or account management, working on product delivery projects
- Fluent in French and English
- Exposure to Pay & Reward products
- Experience of managing large volumes of data
- Develops and manages an internal network of relationships to proactively share experience and learn
- Can measure and monitor own performance and start to understand trends and success factors
- Ensures understanding of deliverables and expectations
- Known for delivering or coordinating high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness - not only standardized but also non-standard products.
