Trilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (RPO Recruiter) は、onsite/offsite環境でのClient企業の候補者のソーシング、スクリーニング、アセスメント、マーケティングなどの優れた採用プロセスの提供を通じ、クライアントとの関係を構築及び拡大します。RPO Talent Acquisition Specialist (RPO Recruiter)は、クライアントマネジメントにおける顧客重視と対応力だけでなく、候補者とのリレーションシップ構築にも重点を置きます。ATS (Applicant Tracking System)、候補者ソーシングメソッド、採用プロセスの有効性に関するプロフェッショナルとなります。

【役割】

  • マルチチャネル戦略の策定と実行を通じ、クライアントのProfileに合った候補者をソーシング。現在及び将来のエンゲージメントに向けた人材プールの構築
  • タイムリーかつプロフェッショナルなクライアントマネジメント
  • 継続的な改善の機会と戦略の特定、レポート
  • クライアントとのミーティングの実施、採用プロセスの最適化
  • 合意された採用プロセスに沿った採用の実施
    コンピテンシーに基づいたプレゼンテーション及び最終候補者の特定と差別化
  • 候補者とのリレーションシップ構築
  • ポジションの機会とクライアントの価値提案を効果的に伝える
  • ダイレクトソーシングの推進

  • 複雑な採用状況を管理するための確かなMicrosoft Excelスキル
  • マーケットマッピング、採用戦略、ブーリアンサーチなどのソーシング実施の経験
  • ダイレクトリクルーティングにおける豊富な経験
  • JDの作成からオファーレターの作成、交渉、クロージングに至るまで、採用プロセス全体の豊富な管理経験
  • クライアントや組織環境での明確、簡潔、説得力を持ったコミュニケーションスキル、曖昧さにも対処できるスキル
  • 高い顧客志向と結果志向

  • フレキシビリティー、マチュリティー、インターパーソナルスキル
