The Senior Director, APAC Partner Sales’ mandate is to lead and scale Korn Ferry Digital’s indirect go-to-market strategy execution across the APAC region. This role is responsible for co-selling and driving top-line revenue growth, developing a high-performing channel ecosystem, and accelerating partner-sourced pipeline for our Sales & Service solutions.
This role is an opportunity to lead regional strategy in a high-growth digital business, scale one’s impact, as well as the autonomy to shape a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
The Senior Director, APAC Partner Sales is the primary interface between our Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) and internal stakeholders to expand channel market coverage and execute regional sales strategy. It requires a leader who is passionate about building scalable programs, driving execution, and cultivating strong community and relationships with partners who align with our mission and values.
