Senior Consultant - Organisational Strategy and Total Reward

At Korn Ferry, we are expanding our organizational strategy, work and career architecture and total reward capability in Norway. We are looking for a Senior consultant to work at the core of how organisations are built and rewarded — designing the organisational and reward infrastructure that enables agility, performance and compliance in a rapidly changing world of work.

What you will work on

This is hands-on, intellectually demanding work with real impact at enterprise scale.

The role will focus on creating and applying both organisational and reward infrastructures, contributing to successful client use cases. Your work will include:

• Designing and evolving job architectures
• Applying job evaluation and grading frameworks
• Defining what good looks like in roles by connecting ‘success profiles’ and skill, competency models to roles
• Using infrastructure to enable agile organisations that optimise strategy and cost, transparent and fair pay, effective recruitment and selection, and clear career structures and development pathways
• Playing a key role in project delivery and solution design
• Deepening your expertise across organisational infrastructure and reward
• Working closely with clients and senior leaders to turn insight into practical outcomes

Who we are looking for

You are a thoughtful, client focused consultant who enjoys solving complex problems collaboratively.

You bring:

• technical understanding of, or strong potential to develop expertise in, organisational infrastructure and its link to skills, reward and the wider HR portfolio
• the ability to work across disciplines and translate complexity into practical, scalable solutions
• a reputation as a flexible collaborator with good judgement
• fluent Norwegian (or Swedish or Danish), and comfort working with Norwegian clients
• preferably a relevant master’s degree (e.g. business, engineering, HR or similar)

Experience expectations:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
