こちらの求人は、「シニアプリンシパル ～ パートナーレベル」（売上責任を有するクラス）想定の募集です。


【職務内容】

  • クライアント企業への提案営業活動
  • クライアント内のキーパーソン（社長や担当役員）との関係構築
  • クライアントとのミーティングのファシリテーション
  • コンサルティングプロジェクトのマネジメントあるいはデリバリーのリード（領域は以下のいずれか）
    ① 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
    ② リーダシップ開発、アセスメント、エグゼクティブコーチ、人材マネジメント
    ③ 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスネジメント


【求められる業務経験、スキル 】

  • コンサルティング業界（戦略、経営、組織人事領域）での、売上責任を負っているクラスのご経験（パートナーやプリンシパル等に準ずるクラス）、または、それに近いクラスのご経験があり、その上のクラスへのチャレンジに強い意欲をお持ちの方
  • 人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方（直接のご経験は不問）
  • 英語ビジネスレベル以上（メールや会議への参加など）
  • 四年制大卒以上


【選考プロセス】

基本的には以下を想定しておりますが、ご経験の内容により変更となる場合があります。

  • 面接選考：
    日本およびAPACの関係パートナー等との面接を、4-6回程度実施予定です

  • Webアセスメント：
    当社独自開発のもので、候補者様の志向性や、職務への適性等を多面的に分析するアセスメントです。
    ご職歴や想定ポジション等にあわせて、ご案内するアセスメントの内容は変わります。所要時間は、概ね60-80分前後となります。
