Korn Ferry is a global consulting firm that powers performance. We unlock the potential in your people and unleash transformation across your business - synchronizing strategy, operations, and talent to accelerate performance, fuel growth, and inspire a legacy of change. That’s why the world’s most forward-thinking companies across every major industry turn to us - for a shared commitment to lasting impact and the bold ambition to Be More Than.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, our over 9,000 colleagues globally serve clients in more than 50 countries. We offer five core capabilities that span the full talent lifecycle:
OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER - It’s about exceeding your potential.
Whether it be mindset or skillset, business innovation or strategic transformation, it’s good to remember: Rockets didn’t take humans to the moon; the dreamers and the engineers did. The internet didn’t create a globally networked economy; it was the innovators and creators. Since the beginning of time, people and leaders have been the ultimate differentiator. And that’s exactly the business of Korn Ferry—inspiring others to believe and making that belief become a reality.
SUCCESS STARTS WITH PEOPLE - AND NO ONE KNOWS THEM BETTER THAN WE DO
For our more than 9,000 colleagues at Korn Ferry, it is all about people. It’s why we do what we do. First, last and always, leadership is about unleashing potential in others. Their success, performance and inspiration is our aspiration.
The impact we create at Korn Ferry spans entire organizations, but it always starts with people.
People who are empowered and supported to perform at their best help build businesses that change the world. That’s why 97% of the S&P 100 call on our organizational consultancy when they need a clear view of how their business—and their people—can reach their peak potential.
We combine our capabilities in Organizational Strategy, Assessment and Succession, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, and Total Rewards to drive performance through our clients’ talent.
