We have multiple opportunities for Mid and Senior Level Technology Recruitment Professionals to join our growth delivery across various RPO and TTS project work. Our offering is designed to ensure our clients have the right technology talent to deliver their IT goals and strategies.

Our specialised technology recruitment partners currently include, Westpac, Foxtel, Seek, Tabcorp and Kmart with new clients in the pipeline as our business continues to grow. Key recruitment projects include the attraction of talent within Cyber, Data and Analytics, Transformation and Digital, Cloud, Infrastructure and Engineering at a mid-senior level.
As the Recruitment Partner supporting our clients you will have the opportunity to get involved in key initiatives and projects, drive transformation and key hiring programs including the roll out new products, platforms, and services.

With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you’ll front-face our recruitment solution, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers and identify and present top talent to the business.

You must have demonstrable experience recruiting mid-senior level IT and technology professionals, at a large scale across busy, dynamic environments. You will be a seasoned professional who is agile, work at a fast pace and show resilience.
Showcasing your professional influencing skills, you’ll collaborate with your stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. Your previous talent acquisition experience will help you quickly understand business needs and add value from day one. Working autonomously, you will partner with the business and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure our client attracts and retains top talent.
