Sourcing Specialist (RPO Associate Recruiter) はチームと協力して、クライアントのために最も才能ある候補者を見つけ出し、継続的なタレントパイプラインを構築および維持します。この役割では、さまざまなリソースツール、ソーシング戦略、およびテクニックを駆使して、ポジションに適したタレントプールを特定、評価、そして維持します。また、ソーシングチャネルとデータを管理しながら、採用目標の達成を目指します。

Skills and Experience
2～4年の候補者ソーシング経験を持ち、以下の条件を満たす優秀な人材を求めています。
    • 日本語、韓国語共に上級ビジネスレベル以上
    • 日本語、韓国語での候補者ソーシング、スクリーニングが可能（読み書き会話）
    • 中級ビジネスレベル以上の英語力

担当業界経験不問
    • Tech/Corporate rolesのソーシング経験
    • プロアクティブなダイレクトソーシング、タレントプーリングの経験
    • 候補者との強固な関係を築き、パイプラインを維持する能力
    • 優れたコミュニケーションスキル（ステークホルダーマネジメント）
    • 変化に適応し、速いペースの環境での業務経験

  • ハイブリッド（週2-3のオンサイト）
