This position sits within the Korn Ferry Digital line of business.

As a Digital summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.

You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern program in other international offices.

This is an in-office Internship program and there will be an expectation for all Interns to work in our Singapore office 5 days per week.

If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2026.

To be eligible for the Korn Ferry Internship:

• Students who are tracking towards a 4.0 GPA or above and who are graduating in the Spring of 2026 are eligible to apply to our internship program.
• Korn Ferry is not able to sponsor applicants for these roles, so please note that you must have full authorization to work in Singapore.
• We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.
• You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
• You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
