POSITION SUMMARY
As the Head of India RPO you will be accountable for managing the client portfolio account across India, and will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of a best practice resourcing function and achieving agreed performance & financial targets. You will play a pivotal and highly strategic role in spearheading the delivery of high-quality services to our RPO clients while driving operational performance and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of staff within the designated accounts. The aim of the role is to ensure the quality assurance of the project delivered to our client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the global client portfolio with P&L responsibility
- Develop an annual operating plan and budget including revenue, workforce and overhead
and profitability
- Operational management and alignment of the onsite Korn Ferry regional leads aligned to
this client account
- Realize opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative
solutions and continuous improvement initiatives delivering to SLAs and KPIs
- Strategic representative to key client stakeholders globally to build and strengthen
relationships to ensure continued value and alignment
- Provide timely updates to the Global Account Lead, client management, stakeholders and/or
executive sponsors
- Manage and set strategic direction with Korn Ferry
stakeholders and client stakeholders through quarterly and annual reviews
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Proven track record of senior leadership within Global Talent Acquisition is essential
- Previous experience of leading RPO solutions on a global or a regional scale is essential
- Extensive onsite and regional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and
negotiate
- Be able to manage clients and set expectations in all aspects of the solution delivery
- Be able to integrate and appreciate client objectives, strategies, key initiatives and issues
and be able set the strategic direction for the solution through acting as a trusted advisor to
client
- Capability in developing, scaling and leading effective multi-disciplinary, regional and global
teams to plan and deliver the business outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact
effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to respond quickly to client requests, with capability in delivering effective and timely
updates to the client and Korn Ferry organisation on business results, productivity and
priorities
