We are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with our exciting client in Mumbai.

The Role

As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the recruitment project deliverables. A key objective of this role is to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction that is consistently maintained and achieved by you and your team. The Recruiting Team Lead will build and extend relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, by effectively driving delivery to agreed timescales, sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates.

This role focuses on high-touch relationship management of external customers and candidates as well as internal business partners. You may also carry a reduced volume of requisitions depending on their team size and business needs.

Work Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Work Mode: Onsite ( 5 days working from office)

Experience:

  • 9+ of Recruitment experience
  • 2+ yrs of experience into Team Handling.
  • Specialized in Non-IT recruitment with experience supporting Pharma Sales hiring.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Accountabilities

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage on-site and remote teams of Recruitment resources across India.
  • Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
  • Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
  • Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles
  • Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client
  • Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
  • Be a subject matter expert on technology utilised within the recruitment process i.e. KF Recruit and the client ATS
  • Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Line Manager relationships
  • Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner
  • Developing and delivering client and management metrics and reporting
  • Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Expert knowledge sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards and able to interpret data to diagnose route cause
  • Computer literacy, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability
