The Role:
As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among EMEA candidates! In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting candidates and potential talent for specific career opportunities
- Attending career events, and local networking opportunities with the internal recruiter
- Co ordinate Interviews for candidates
- Support the Recruiter with creation of talent pools.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data
- Work closely with the Internal Recruiter daily and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
- Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Previous recruitment administrative experience and knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent English and German language skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast – paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
