Recruiter로서 Direct Sourcing/Recruitin경험을 갖춘 후보자는 많은 지원 부탁드리겠습니다:
- 4-5년 이상의 End to End채용 경험이 있는 분
- 채용 데이터를 분석할수 있는 분
- 신속한 환경에서 효과적으로 팀워크할수 있는 분
- 한국어와 영어로 명확한 의사소통을 할수 있는 분
주요 담당업무:
- day-to-day채용 프로세스 관리
- 주요 관계자와 신뢰 관계를 구축하며 체계적인 프로세스를 통해 효과적이고 Consultative 커뮤니케이션을 담당합니다
Qualification:
- 복잡한 채용 상황을 관리하기 위한 Microsoft Office스킬
- 조직 환경에서 명확, 간결, 설득력을 가진 커뮤니케이션 스킬, 애매함에도 대처할수 있는 스킬
- 고객지향과 결과지향
- 다양한 문화를 넘어 효과적으로 교류・협상하는 스킬
