We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Project Manager to be part of an RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of the multinational companies (LifeScience). Partnering with Hiring Managers you will provide expertise as a business partner and trusted advisor.
As a member of Korn Ferry, the Project Manager will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including strategic and operational management of recruitment solutions (RPO). Ensure the solution is delivering all outcomes as specified in the client contract and Korn Ferry commercial requirements and is meeting all continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:

- Day to Day Team Management (Japan & Korea)

- Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for a motivated individual who has people management experience across the countries. The successful candidate will also have:
- Extensive experience in people management
- Substantial and extensive experience in recruitment either in in-house, client on-site, or in a recruitment organization
- Japanese language fluency, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced-business level English, verbal and written skills
- Able to be client facing and consistently conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
- Able to support members in managing client relationship and recruiting process
- Able and willing to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on the opportunity and client value proposition
- Able to deliver services at high level of client satisfaction, enabling clients to be used as references to support extension of existing business or new business development
