Our comprehensive talent suite leverages a combination of proprietary talent IP, talent data, analytics and insights to help customers understand their workforce and existing talent gaps, and deliver targeted talent interventions at scale using HR technology.

Key accountabilities:

The role involves supporting our Digital Delivery team and external clients during the data collection process. This internship will allow you to acquire solid skills in data processing and analysis, a good understanding of the managerial issues related to compensation, while developing a real sense of customer service.

  • Chasing (by phone and email) clients to ensure they fulfil their commitment to provide data.
  • Contacting clients to go through the data collection submission process to ensure high quality of submissions.
  • QA data submissions to ensure quality of data submission.
  • Tracking progress of the process and keeping on top of results
  • Quality checks on finalized database and spot checking through collection cycle.
  • Liaising with our Global Processing Centre and International Data Collection Team

The ideal candidate:

  • You are fluent in Chinese and English
  • You are a student in a business school or in a university course
  • You are looking for internship with an HR/consulting firm
  • You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
  • You feel comfortable working with numbers and want to develop your analytical skills
  • You know how to handle Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • You are comfortable with digital platforms and tools.
