If you are due to finish your undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025 and want to get hands-on experience of working at one of the world’s leading organizational consulting firms, Korn Ferry’s 10-week paid summer internship program could be just the answer.

We are looking for a talented and eager-to-learn Junior Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team called the LAB.

This opportunity will give you a taste of life as a creative motion graphic artist working with a team of talented individuals in a creative environment. You will be working on various projects to test your motion design and problem-solving skills. You will be asked to find creative solutions to deliver the best creative approach for our target audiences. You have the opportunity to work alongside a team of motion designers who have worked in the industry for multiple years across all types of video creation, from TV commercials to social media posts. You will be involved in the creative process from ideation through to the delivery of content. You will gain insight into the creation pipeline, the project management side of working within a team, and the daily tasks of a creative.

This is a hybrid Internship programme and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the London office 3 days week.

You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern programme in other international offices.

If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2025.

What we ask:

  • You are on track to pass your undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025.
  • We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.
  • You will be accountable, action orientated and resourceful
  • You must be innovative and enjoy pushing boundaries.
  • You must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: After effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

All candidates must have UK visa eligibility to for an internship in the summer of 2024, and to start a graduate programme in 2025.
