The Power BI Consultant will be part of a global team and be responsible for supporting Power BI report builds for new clients and enhancing Power BI reporting for existing clients. Working alongside our Reporting Implementation Lead you will be taking their vision/direction and producing impactful analytics in Power BI that transform the way a client uses their data to make decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop bespoke Power BI Dashboards from templates using data from applicant tracking systems and Korn Ferry’s internal data warehouse.
  • Enhance Power BI reports to allow our end users to Interpret and analyze data to identify important trends and measure performance against goals
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively audit data, highlight any variances to the business and help improve data quality.
  • Help to continually improve data management, suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with Power BI (end-to-end development)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to engage and consult with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
    • A keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform trends and emerging technologies
    • High attention to detail
    • Fluent level of English
