【主な職務内容】

  • クライアント・候補者との連絡（メール・電話による日程調整等）
  • 候補者情報の入力・管理（社内システム使用）
  • 案件管理システムへの入力・更新、経費処理、請求手続などのアドミ業務
  • クライアントへの進捗報告会議に向けた資料作成（主にPowerPoint、Word）
  • クライアント・候補者との面談同席、議事録作成、ネクストアクションの整理とフォロー

【求められる業務経験、スキル】

＜必須 (MUST) ＞

  • 経験・スキル
    • 日本におけるフルタイムでの勤務経験 １年以上
    • PowerPoint・Wordを用いた資料作成に慣れている方
    • 会議等のスケジュール調整・管理、請求書作成などのアドミ業務経験がある方
    • センシティブな情報を適切に取り扱い、正確にデータ登録ができる方
  • 言語：
    • 英語： ビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話）- 目安: TOEICスコア 800以上
    • 日本語：ネイティブレベルで、ビジネスにおいて適切なコミュニケーションが取れる方
  • その他：
    • 東京駅近辺のオフィスに通勤可能な方（リモートワークも可能ですが、業務状況に応じて柔軟に出社いただける方を歓迎します）

＜歓迎 (WANT) ＞

  • 人材紹介会社や事業会社での採用業務など、採用関連の実務経験
  • 金融業界での業務経験や業界知識
  • 海外勤務または留学の経験
