About Korn Ferry Consulting
Our Consulting Line of Business spans 29 Countries across EMEA, working across 6 Major Markets within our 4 main solution areas - Organisational Strategy, Total Reward, Leadership & Development and Assessment & Succession.
About Organisational Strategy
Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy team provides end to end support to organizations who want to transform their business. We help them translate their strategy into something they can operationalize, by aligning both the tangible elements of the organization - people, structure and process - and the intangible elements - motivations, relationships and culture. This enables us to anticipate and react to evolving markets, drive true behavioural and organizational change - and make it stick.
At Korn Ferry we work with leaders to first clarify their strategy, then cascade the results into an operating model, organizational structure and processes. We leverage industry-leading tools and methodologies and work collaboratively with leadership to:
- Align leaders around a shared and compelling purpose.
- Clarify the strategy so it's fit-for-purpose and can be implemented.
- Develop an operating model that manages competing priorities and ensures that everything the business does adds value to the bottom line.
- Design a detailed organizational structure that aligns with the operating model and focuses people on doing the right things.
- Develop effective governance processes that help the organization work.
About Work & Career Architecture
Organizations create value by doing work. It is therefore essential for any organization that wants to maximize its value to be able to understand, measure and analyze the work it is doing. We have deep expertise here and own the Korn Ferry Hay Method for job evaluation. The widest used method in the world. Although around for >70 years, the functional area is part of the biggest revolution witnessed so far. As part of Korn Ferry’s digital transformation agenda, all our IP has been integrated into a digital platform called Talent Hub. Work & Career Architecture has its own module within, called KF Architect. Digitization in this respect created a dramatic change in scope, nature and approach of our job framework and job evaluation assignments with clients. Core characteristics for ‘the new world’ are more digital, more integrated with e.g. talent management, more automated. As a result, the work of our consultants changes rapidly from somewhat more single-focus and transactional towards building & delivering integrated, tech-based solutions. Hence the name ‘Work and Career Architecture Consultant’.
About Total Reward
We all know that great work deserves great compensation. But rewarding deserving professionals is becoming increasingly complex. The workforce is more demanding. There is a focus on transparency, not just at executive level but at the workforce level too. New jobs, with no pay precedent, are emerging all the time. And flatter structures and contingent work forces mean career paths are no longer clear. We understand the differing dynamics of compensation markets around the globe and in all sectors. We know current trends, how to create engaging employee value propositions, and have the right rewards and benefits strategy to accelerate sales. We develop flexible and competitive compensation strategies that align employees and senior executives with the business strategy. And we build thoughtful employee engagement programs that attract and engage a diverse workforce and reinforce company culture and goals.
