We’re excited to welcome an Associate Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving an exceptional client experience and ensuring quality of delivery of digital products and services to clients within the Assessment and Succession (A&S), Employee Engagement (Listen) and Total Reward (Pay) solutions. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by ensuring the quality delivery of digital products and services. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, driving profitable renewals, and supporting clients in training and implementing our solutions across the Digital Products Suite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality implementation and digital services work within expected timelines and accuracy.
- Develop proficiency in Korn Ferry’s intellectual property related to digital products and services.
- Manage relationships with assigned clients during the delivery period of a product or service. A typical delivery period spans from weeks to over a year and requires collaboration with 2-4 stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Follow processes to enhance client satisfaction. Take action to improve client satisfaction if necessary.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to client needs.
- Deliver products and services, including complex applications, following standardized protocols.
- Conduct on-boardings, workshops, and client trainings related to products and services.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, achieving high renewal rates in partnership with commercial colleagues.
- Proactively understand client needs and requirements.
- Engage with manager and senior colleagues to discuss delivery activity levels and technical support needs.
- Provide accurate forecasts and timely project status updates.
- Create and maintain project management plans and client history across relevant internal CRM systems.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Both Korean and English-language fluency to work with local and regional colleagues and global share services teams.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing consultative roles, sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- For senior candidates, experience in either HR/consulting area or SaaS/emerging technology is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally from a human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management background.
