We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, activation, and coordination of brand and demand marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

The Campaign Manager collaborates with internal teams to plan, design, and implement marketing campaigns and events. Responsible for turning the Campaign Strategist’s vision into reality through a full funnel channel strategy. Brings all the necessary stakeholders together to activate the workflows. Works closely with Demand Gen and Web Team to execute campaigns on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Identify and map out the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing campaign and then strategically delegate those tasks to the appropriate team
  • Partners with demand gen/ performance marketing and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics and build a cohesive demand gen strategy.
  • Works closely with Events to spearhead campaign event strategy, as required, working with business stakeholders to concept, develop, and execute live and on-demand event content plus related materials, including promotional content
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, uniting a cross-functional sales and marketing team, leveraging internal support via enablement team and driving collaboration
  • Kick-off campaign call with larger marketing team to ensure alignment
  • Compile regular reports on campaign performance, continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
  • Manage the campaign calendar and communication of deadlines
  • Working understanding of account based experiences and account based marketing
  • Understanding of channel performance for campaign optimizations and reporting
  • Enables campaign content with fee earners to ensure internal awareness of campaign

COMMUNICATION:

  • Serve as a point of contact between all marketing and business teams.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, set agendas, and keep stakeholders in the loop.

PLANNING:

  • Work with strategy to develop Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Persona, and Total Addressable Market (TAL).
  • Develop campaign GTM plan based on GTM Strategy.
  • Develop a customer journey map, partnering with strategist and content teams.
  • Create the campaign timing plan with the Campaign Activator.
  • Hold the campaign plan, ensure everyone meets SLAs, and adjust accordingly.
  • Oversee the campaign budget.

ACTIVATION - Marketing Teams:

  • Partner with the campaign ops team to create and test nurture tactics.
  • Hold the campaign plan and keep everyone to SLAs. If SLAs are not met, adjust accordingly.
  • Partner with web and LAB/design teams to get campaign pages and creative assets live.
  • Work closely with the campaign ops team to execute events and webinars, including promotion and tracking of events.
  • Activate creative and content briefs, ensuring visibility into budget and timelines.
  • Submit and manage all Campaign Ops/web tickets.
  • Compile reviews of creative assets, ensuring all comments are sent to LAB.
  • Liaise with social teams for channel content plans.

ACTIVATION - Channels:

  • Support and review content as needed.
  • Attend and help manage email calendar/event meetings.
  • Maintain the digital media tracker and ensure agencies are up to date.
  • Brief digital media agencies and ensure strategy aligns with goals and KPIs.

ACTIVATION - Internal:

  • Drive the creation of internal enablement assets.
  • Set up and maintain campaign FUSE pages.
  • Weekly tagging/addition of campaign content on KF Connect.
  • Organize and store assets on Teams.
  • Manage the campaign roadshow (calls, communications, presentations), which typically fields multiple requests/changes.

COORDINATION - Agencies:

  • Work closely with digital media agencies to ensure campaigns are activated effectively (Green Hat ABX, Transmission digital media).
  • Ensure agencies are connected and working off the same strategy.

REPORTING:

  • Analyze/insights for campaigns (ABX and campaign KPIs)
  • Create monthly reporting deck shared with marketing and business stakeholders
  • Monthly reporting call to business stakeholders by campaign
