Position Summary & Key Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Associate Principal to elevate our consulting practice. If you’re an experienced human capital consultant passionate about driving organizational effectiveness and transforming company culture, we want you on our team. You’ll work with senior leaders across industries, leading high-impact projects that redefine client success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver cutting-edge solutions in organizational effectiveness, culture, and HR strategy.
  • Combine business savvy with a deep understanding of human capital to drive transformational change.
  • Lead complex, high-stakes projects, ensuring flawless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights that move the needle.
  • Engage and manage high-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, with confidence and finesse.
  • Empower project teams to achieve excellence and deliver unparalleled results for clients.
  • Co-create innovative, strategic solutions that align talent with organizational goals.

Education, Experience, & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a top-tier strategic consulting firm with a focus on human capital or organizational design.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
