The Role
This position is primarily responsible for developing and driving new business for our RPO solutions for professional hiring across all sectors. This position reports directly to the Senior Director- Client Solutions, the wider Business Development team, RPO Leadership & Operational teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop a business development strategy and plan for your sector / region.
- Manage the full business development cycle, owning the pursuit strategy and the relationship with the client.
- Negotiate & secure multi-year, enterprise level solutions and contracts.
- Network internally and externally to create opportunities.
- Key client management for new client contracts throughout the project delivery life cycle, including resourcing and operational management of the upscaled teams in order to deliver on client projects.
- Act as key contact point for clients to access Korn Ferry experts and expertise across a broad range of talent management areas.
- Promote Korn Ferry profile and services through the channels, at professional, business organizations and through contribution to press articles, presentation at industry conferences, membership of industry associations, general networking.
- Collaborate in Korn Ferry International’s integrated solutions business development strategy.
Skills & Experience
- Must have significant relevant experience in identifying, qualifying and selling substantial talent solutions, preferably enterprise wide RPO/Executive/Senior Hire solutions, to prospective client companies.
- Overall experience should be 15+ years and at least 5-7 years in business development.
- Experience and credibility in the HR and Talent Acquisition space
- Must have developed specific expertise demonstrated through networking, participation in sector associations/functions and relevant trade press and development of specific talent pools.
- Evidence of implementing a Strategic Business Development Plan and execute strategy towards success.
- Strong operational team management and team development expertise
- Experience of leading a team who successfully deliver on client recruitment projects
- Effective client management/relationship-building
- Willingness to travel
- Role is open for either Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon.
