What’s on offer.

We have an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting Westpac’s Indigenous Careers strategy as well as providing a great candidate experience for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This critical role will be responsible for delivering strong candidate pipelining and profiling across all verticals of the business through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools.  You will work closely with your peers across our TA team along with members of the Indigenous Careers team to align sourcing strategies with the insights and recommendations gathered from First Nation Communities and provide a strong cultural perspective to sourcing activity and be an advocate for Indigenous hiring.

About you

Your passion for excellence in candidate care and partnering effectively to improve employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is critical for success with this role. You will demonstrate strong cultural competency and awareness along with knowledge of diverse sourcing and selection tools and enthusiasm for driving innovation and multi-channel results in Indigenous talent identification and attraction. You will be adaptable, process driven, professional and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
