Korn Ferry is looking for a dynamic and professional Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Ryder Court office. This role is crucial in ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable experience for all our visitors and clients.

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and colleagues. Providing essential support to our client suite reception team on the 4th floor. Reporting to the Facilities Manager UK, you will be a key member of our Operations team, promoting a positive client experience and the highest quality interactions.

What You’ll Do:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and check in external guests with a polite and professional demeanor, promptly announcing their arrival to the 4th Floor Reception team.
  • Manage Korn Ferry-related contractors by signing them in and out and confirming their arrival.
  • Receive and direct calls through the switchboard efficiently and courteously.
  • Oversee all bookings and visitors, including setting up and clearing down the lounge/roof terrace.
  • Provide cover for the 4th Floor Reception team as needed, including courier/taxi bookings and meeting room management.

Administrative Duties:

  • Organize and maintain all relevant reception documentation.
  • Upload invoices into our accounts payable system promptly.
  • Support ad hoc requests for printing and binding.
  • Assist the Operations team with other administrative duties as required.

Dress Code:

Our reception team maintains a formal work attire. Korn Ferry provides a uniform, but you may wear your own clothes if they conform to our dress code.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Corporate Receptionist role, ideally within a client-focused professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) and experience with office systems (e.g., switchboard, video conferencing, Microsoft Outlook).
  • A confident yet diplomatic approach to developing productive professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated, with good judgment and superior interpersonal skills.
