The role will specifically support the KFOne Platform (backbone of KF digital products) in the development of advanced workflow management and orchestration capabilities.

Lead the platform transformation of organizational workflows and processes across various digital products through comprehensive workflow management and orchestration services. These services aim to centralize and automate business processes, enabling seamless operations and improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and pain points related to platform workflow management and orchestration.
- Developing and executing a product strategy to centralize and optimize workflows through automation and orchestration of platforms.
- Leading the design and implementation of scalable workflow automation solutions to ensure seamless business operations.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and decision-making through improved workflow management.
- Working closely with KF Digital solution areas product management teams, engineering, design, and architecture to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Communicating the value proposition of workflow management and orchestration solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS integrations, is highly preferred
- 5-7 years product management experience across product lifecycle (ideation to launch to sunset)
- 3-5 years SaaS hands-on experience working with workflow management and orchestration solutions, optimizing and automating business processes. (workflow automation, process integration, business process management, and orchestration platforms.)
- HCM background (Talent management, Talent assessment, core HR or Workforce Management)

EDUCATION
- BA/BS in business administration, computer science/IT, engineering, design, marketing, or data science.
