We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support us with their knowledge in successfully filling vacancies for our RPO customer Sanofi CHC. As a trusted, advisory partner, you will recruit for FMCG/Consumer healthcare roles and be the focal point for support within your team. Your strong process skills and creative sourcing techniques will ensure the success and growth of the account.

The Role

The Senior Recruiter will display excellence in recruitment process delivery, including research, sourcing, candidate outreach, phone screening, presenting candidates to clients and managing candidates till the offer stage and signature. The position is responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline for each engagement and delivering accepted Long Lists to an agreed timeframe in partnership with the Project Manager.

Job location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model)

Key Accountabilities

The role of Senior Recruiter will take account for the following tasks: 

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on talent attraction and diversity 
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers 
  • Create and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships 
  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business 
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, 
    candidate availability, salary benchmarks 
  • Actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools 
  • Be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output 
  • Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets 
  • Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting  

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Extensive recruitment experience, including Director and Senior level hiring
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills – able to consult, partner and influence
  • Effective candidate management skills: Be an ambassador for premium candidate experience
  • Experience in leading and driving diverse recruitment processes
  • Comfortable working across boundaries and cultures
  • Experience working within an FMCG or a Consumer industry
  • Developing candidate outreach, phone screening and search strategy
  • Self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Quality-focused and able to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fluent level of English and Polish
