The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity available to be part of a well-established RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of the world’s leading luxury retail companies.

As a member of Korn Ferry, this position is tasked with providing high-quality administrative, process management and reporting support to the leaders and team to assist the sale and execution of talent acquisition engagements. In addition, the recruitment coordinator acts as the “go to person” for their team and assists in the smooth functioning of office operations as required.

Key Accountabilities

  • General "go to person" for all queries to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate team meetings and events, including calendar invites
  • Establish engagements on relevant client ATS
  • Coordinate invoicing and billings processes
  • Ensure all documents adhere to the standards
  • Follow documented systems, policies & office procedures
  • Collate data & prepare reports for internal/external stakeholders as required
  • Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis
  • Establish positive working relationship within team
  • Contribute to positive team environment. Look for opportunities to help others and share your experience & knowledge with team
  • Be proactive in achieving team goals

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a motivated individual who is excellent in recruitment administration/coordination. The successful candidate will also have:

  • Some HR or recruitment coordination experience
  • Local language (Korean) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong user in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience is applicant tracking or recruitment technology experience is preferred
  • Strong aptitude for learning technology is required
  • Able to maintain multiple parallel processes at once
  • Must consistently conduct interactions with key stakeholders (internal/external clients, candidates) in a timely, professional and responsive manner at all times
  • Flexibility, maturity and interpersonal sensitivity

*Hybrid, onsite 4 days a week
