KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Senior Product Manager, IAM, you will define and drive platform capabilities that govern identity, authentication, and access control across the Talent Suite. This includes:

• Ownership of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), SSO, and other permissioning workflows.
• Ensuring users have secure, compliant, and context-appropriate access across all products.
• Partnering with product, engineering, design, and security teams to ensure access policies are enforceable, flexible, and aligned with organizational requirements.
• Transforming complex access requirements into a coherent, scalable, and user-friendly experience.
• Driving measurable improvements in security posture, access accuracy, and operational efficiency through scalable IAM capabilities.

Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute a product strategy for IAM, including RBAC, ABAC, SSO, and user provisioning.
• Define and track KPIs around access reliability, compliance, and user experience.
• Analyze security trends, user behavior, and competitive offerings to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Communicate the value proposition of IAM capabilities to internal stakeholders and clients.

Execution and Delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client and user needs related to authentication, authorization, and permissioning.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable access workflows ensuring users have the right permissions for the right data and functionality.
• Work closely with KF Digital solution area product management teams, engineering, design, architecture, and security to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.

Analysis and Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency through robust identity and access solutions.
• Partner with architecture and security teams to evaluate and integrate IAM best practices and standards.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years product management experience across the product lifecycle (ideation to launch to sunset).
• 3-5 years SaaS hands-on experience with identity and access management, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, IAM platforms, or enterprise permissioning workflows.

• Experience in HCM or related enterprise SaaS platforms is strongly preferred.
• Heavy preference will be given to candidates with experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS, UX design systems or content management systems (CMS)

EDUCATION

• BA/BS in business administration, computer science/IT, engineering, design, marketing, data science or related fields.
