In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire an exceptional & polished 'Associate Recruiter' with 'global sourcing experience', who will act as a sourcing specialist with a strong foot holding into majorly hiring majorly for Non-IT commercial/corporate role mandates, to support & deliver our client's talent needs. The Associate recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment with primary focus on Talent pipelining and sourcing efforts, supporting a team of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, whilst driving overall performance to agreed KPI’s & SLA’s. Role & Responsibilities
Working in the role you will be required to:
- Ownership of the End-to-end recruitment cycle for several key business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (Non-IT - majorly into Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, HR, Corporate functions, Business development, Legal & Compliance, etc.).
- Global sourcing experience, especially for all regions within India.
- Proactively establishing and maintaining professional relationship with leads for overall success of the delivery for the client.
- Collaborate & strategize hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers, thereby acting as the first POC for all the sourcing activities against each of the assigned requisitions.
- Is able to handle sourcing activities at an individual level to cater to multiple openings using various sourcing channels and a diverse source mix.
- Talent pipelining simultaneously to deliver candidates against a range of roles.
- Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client.
- Successfully meeting targets and contributing to overall successful delivery output in terms of closures within TAT, upon the agreed SLAs/KRAs and meeting individual KPIs.
- Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry and client values and standards at all times.
- Maintain highest data integrity on ATS along with overall candidate experience and process excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements -
- At least 3+ years of E2E Recruitment experience.
- Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles like - majorly Sales roles, Corporate functions, HR, finance, regulatory affairs, Marketing, Legal & compliance, BD, R&D, etc.
- A bachelor’s degree is a must.
- An ideal candidate must be able to handle a high-volume hiring demand of at least 15-20 open requisitions/roles.
- Experience recruiting across APAC markets.
- Strong communication skills, in dealing with global stakeholders across regions.
- Strong sourcing skills using a diverse source mix of channels - Job boards (Naukri, LinekdIn recruiter, Monster, Indeed, Instahire, hirist, IIM jobs), Boolean searches, Keyword searches, X-ray searches, Headhunting, Social Media, Referrals, Personal professional network, LI Community groups, IJP, Career portals, databases, AI recruitment, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to show flexibility and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
