As a Senior User Experience Researcher at Korn Ferry, you’ll bring comprehensive research expertise to guide how talent professionals experience our unified digital suite. You’ll work independently on complex, cross-functional research initiatives, triangulating data and uncovering new truths through creative, method-pairing approaches.
This role bridges tactical usability and strategic discovery -- connecting insight to business goals, identifying opportunities across products, and mentoring peers in best practices. You’ll ensure that user understanding informs design and product decisions at every level of the organization.
