The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Assets Servicing Manager for one of our international clients. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of Asset Servicing across entities of TBIS à CFE, BGC, GFIS.

Key responsibilitiesEnsuring the team have completed all daily tasks on a timely basis. Responsible for the processing of dividend/coupon and corporate action processing for all asset classes and claims management and segregation of client money linked to those activities. Responsible for preparation of metrics and data in respect to Operations Risk meetings for Asset Servicing. Communication to Senior Operations Management of any risk associated to open events. Planning and organising of month end reporting. Month-end Balance sheet substantiation for various Operational accounts for CFE, BGC and GFI. Assist in key system change and process re-engineering for operations systems and processes. Responsible for assisting with the personal and career development of people that report into the position. Operational Tax related issues between agents and other tax authorities. TAX reclaims. IRS WHT reconciliation process. Annual External audit review across CFE, BGC, GFIS platform. Weekly Calls with CFE swap FO business to discuss upcoming CA events. Annual review and oversite for Operational Resilience (Mapping)
Project: Kyriba streamline payment process. Xsprisa re-engineering. Duco implementation. Mini Prime: Oversite of Asset Servicing. CSS enhancements relating to Dividend
RequirementsDetailed knowledge of Asset Servicing events Good knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income products Operational reporting of outstanding payable/receivables Attention to detail and being able to work to a high standard along with planning and organization skills Strong awareness of the key risks that impact the firm and how these should be identified, assessed, monitored, controlled and mitigated Professional attitude with the ability to exercise oversight across the whole firm to ensure that it operates with integrity and demonstrates the highest ethical standards Track record of achieving results through leveraging team and peers
