Position Summary
Relocation Success Manager – Warsaw will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an outsourcing and relocation framework that ensures smooth onboarding of the operational teams in Warsaw, effective knowledge transfer with minimal business disruption, and sustained service performance after handover. The responsibilities include assisting the sending managers with planning and executing transitions, securing institutional knowledge, and embedding governance that delivers measurable service continuity and ongoing process improvements.
