The Role
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of a lean and entrepreneurial team who will be deployed against various projects to increase our operational efficiency and drive positive experience within the HR environment. Your operational and technical expertise in HR workflow, specifically with end-user Oracle-based modules and tools, will help us continue to automate and streamline our processes while modernizing and deploying solutions. This role falls into the broader HR Operational Excellence community, and the responsibilities may be adjusted depending on business demand.
