If you are due to finish your undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025 and want to get hands-on experience of working at one of the world’s leading organisational consulting firms, Korn Ferry’s 8/10-week paid summer internship programme could be just the answer.   

This Social Media summer Internship will sit in our corporate Marketing function and specifically support our Lead Management & Strategic Enablement Marketing Team. This team drives legitimate leads into the business and enables commercial partners to effectively manage those, ultimately leading to more marketing influenced opportunities and closed won revenue. Additionally, this team drives Korn Ferry’s social selling efforts, helping consultants to build trusted relationships and boost their social credibility. 

 

The Social Media intern role will support our team on activities related to social selling impact and contribute new ideas to support the development of our internal Social-Media platform. The individual must be passionate about analyzing data, and then curious as to how we can use the data to form a strategy that will support our team in reaching our objectives.  

 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities   

 

  • Supporting the management of our internal engagement platform by managing content and admin responsibilities. 
  • Creating Broadcasts and Newsletters to promote content to the business.  
  • Bring innovative ideas on how the team can improve training and operational management of our internal engagement platform.  
  • Gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business actions. 
  • Assist in the creation of various reports and presentations. 
  • Collaborate and partner with various members of the marketing and commercial organizations.  
  • Meet or exceed all SLAs and KPI metrics.   

 

This is a hybrid Internship programme and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the Amsterdam office 3 days week.  

You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern programme in other international offices.   

If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2025.   

 What we ask:   

  • You are on track to pass your undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025.   
  • You will be fluent in English   
  • We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.  
  • You will be accountable, action orientated and resourceful 
  • You must be innovative and enjoy pushing boundaries. 
  • You must be proficient in using LinkedIn as a social media tool, plus have used MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (along with the ability to learn new systems).  
  • All candidates must have EU visa eligibility to for an internship in the summer of 2024, and to start a graduate programme in 2025.
