The successful candidate analyze data and build exploratory models that will enable the Korn Ferry SaaS platform to provide prescriptive and predictive Talent Management services. Must be adept at handling large, complex datasets and developing and applying robust analytical processes including data cleaning, data interpretation models, forecasting, pattern identification. Requires knowledge of tools and methods including statistics, artificial intelligence and machine learning 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Research: Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of a data research project with product managers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Model Impact Assessment: Define appropriate objective metrics, assess activities, and recommend improvements based on metrics and analyses. 
  • Advanced and Predictive Analytics: Employ research method and build predictive, descriptive, and behavioral models to help achieve various business performance indicators and to deliver a model in the SaaS platform to help clients achieve business objectives. 
  • Data Exploration: Perform complex statistical analysis and utilize mining, modeling, and testing techniques to enable data analysis. 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled and working towards an undergraduate (rising junior or rising senior) or graduate degree from an accredited college/university in a quantitative or computational field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field. 
  • Successfully manage strong academics with extracurricular activities. 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities. 
  • Relocation is NOT provided for this internship opportunity.

Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays. Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
