本ポジションは、「プリンシパル」レベルの方の募集ポジションです。


【職務内容】

下記のいずれか（またはいくつか）のコンサルティング・プロジェクトのリード、およびデリバリーに従事します。

  1. 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
  2. リーダーシップ開発、アセスメント、エグゼクティブコーチ、人材マネジメント
  3. 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスマネジメント


【求められる業務経験、スキル 】

　必須経験、スキル

  • コンサルティングファーム（戦略／経営／組織人事領域）でのコンサルティングサービス、およびプロジェクトリードのご経験をお持ちの方（目安：5年以上）
  • 人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方
  • 四年制大卒以上

　望ましい経験、スキル

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力


【選考プロセス】

基本的には以下を想定しておりますが、ご経験の内容により変更となる場合があります。

  • 面接選考：
    対面またはWeb (Zoom)を使った個別面接 (1回60分程度) を、3-4回程度実施予定

  • Webアセスメント：
    当社独自開発のもので、候補者様の志向性や、職務への適性等を多面的に分析するアセスメントです。
    ご職歴や想定ポジション等にあわせて、ご案内するアセスメントの内容は変わります。所要時間は、概ね60-80分前後となります。
