【職務内容】

下記のいずれか (またはいくつか) のコンサルティグ業務において、デリバリーを行います。
① 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
② リーダーシップ開発、アセスメント、エグゼクティブコーチ、人材マネジメント
③ 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスネジメント


【応募資格】

  • 社会人経験2年未満の方
  • 人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）、英語： ビジネスレベル以上

【選考プロセス】

  • Webアセスメント： 当社独自開発のテストで、言語／数値／論理のエレメントがあります。所要時間 約1時間です。
  • 面接選考： Web (Zoom)を使った個別面接 (1回40～60分程度) を、4-6回程度実施予定です（フェルミ推定などのケース面接を含みます）
