We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting our client Sanofi based in Luleburgaz.

In close cooperation with the Recruiters, you are responsible for the placement of our vacancies, the sourcing of interesting candidates and the proactive generation of leads for active roles. You will work on a continuous pipeline and thus build a diverse pool of candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and developing candidate pools using various resourcing tools, sourcing strategies and techniques.
The successful Associate Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:
- Focuses on proactively attracting top talent, utilizing numerous sourcing channels and methodologies.
- You will work closely with the Recruiter regarding assignment briefings and devising innovative sourcing strategies.
- You conduct (online) screening interviews with candidates, ensuring that the shortlist for each vacancy is filled with a diversity of candidates.
- You will accurately and with integrity process candidate data in our internal ATS systems.
- You will perform market mapping activities.
The Associate Recruiter will have the following skills:
- Demonstrated experience of sourcing and attracting top talent through various sourcing channels.
- Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced and service-oriented work environment.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Good command of the English language
