The Role
The Intern position is responsible for supporting the effective running of Korn Ferry’s annual data collection cycles for our clients. This role will primarily manage client data collection set-up, chasing and tracking activities. Interns will also directly support clients throughout the data collection process.
The role will work closely with colleagues in the Processing Centres, Commercial and local Delivery teams, and report to the EMEA Shared Delivery Team Leader.
The job will require a strong client orientation, communication and analytical skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Carries out data collection set-up activities for clients; this includes completing order forms, generating leader boards within the online data collection tool, mapping entities to parent accounts for data automation purposes, auditing Salesforce records and ensuring Benefit questionnaire access is provided
- Provides excellent client service, answering adhoc queries and ensures that clients fully understand the data collection process
- Responds in an appropriate and timely way to client needs
- Tracks and updates client information in customer relationship management systems (Salesforce)
Skills & Experience
- Some experience in customer service or experience working with data preferred; specifically, data capturing, data accuracy and handling confidential data
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills - fluent in English and Spanish, Italian or German
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
