世界有数のケミカル/コンシューマー企業を支援するRPOチームの一員として、採用のプロフェッショナルとして活躍いただけるポジションです。Hiring Managerと密に連携し、信頼されるビジネスパートナーとして、戦略的かつ実行力のある採用支援を行っていただきます。

Korn FerryのRPOチームの一員として、オンサイト／オフサイト環境において、候補者のソーシング、スクリーニング、アセスメント、マーケティングなど、採用プロセス全体をリードしていただきます。クライアントとの関係構築に加え、候補者との信頼関係の構築にも注力いただきます。

また、Senior Talent Acquisition Partnerとして、ジュニアメンバーへのメンタリングやガイダンスも期待される役割です。採用のベストプラクティスを共有し、チーム全体の品質向上にも貢献いただきます。

主な業務内容

  • クライアントのニーズに基づいたマルチチャネルのソーシング戦略の立案・実行
  • 現在および将来の採用に向けた人材プールの構築
  • クライアントとの定期的なミーティング、採用プロセスの最適化提案
  • 採用プロセス全体の管理（JD作成〜オファー交渉・クロージングまで）
  • 候補者との関係構築、クライアントのバリュープロポジションの効果的な伝達
  • 採用状況のレポート、改善提案
  • ジュニアメンバーへのメンタリング・サポート

応募資格・経験

  • ダイレクトソーシングの豊富な経験（必須）
  • Corporate、Commercial、Engineering領域での採用経験
  • クライアント（ステークホルダー）との関係構築・マネジメント経験
  • ManufacturingやConsumer業界での採用経験歓迎
  • ATSの運用経験
  • Microsoft Excelを用いた採用状況の管理スキル
  • マーケットマッピング、採用戦略立案、ブーリアンサーチなどの実務経験
  • 曖昧な状況にも対応できる柔軟性とコミュニケーション力
  • 顧客志向・成果志向の高い方
  • 多様な文化背景を持つチームとの協働・交渉スキル
  • フレキシビリティ、マチュリティ、インターパーソナルスキル
  • 上級レベルの日本語力、及び中級レベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）*レポートラインは海外、中国語スキル歓迎
